About Me

Wendy Rhodes: I’m a retired Human Resources marketing/communication executive who grew up in New York and a Chicago suburb where I have always been exposed to fine dining. I spent the past 12 years engaged in securing my masters’ degree, volunteering, and developing and fine-tuning a taste for donuts. This is a recent hobby of mine—thanks to my daughter and mother’s encouragement. My husband and son, while supportive of donuts, do not quite share the same intense feelings.
